Khimar R. Morgan is the passionate CEO and founder of THE KR MORGAN FOOD GROUP, the proud parent company of JamIcan Inc., established in 2023 with a powerful mission: to share his late mother’s beloved recipes with the world and keep her spirit alive through food. What began as a tribute to her love, strength, and culinary legacy has grown into a movement—bringing people together across Canada with meals that feel like home.

Driven by purpose, not just profit, Khimar believes that food has the power to heal, unite, and inspire. Through his company, he continues to honour his roots while giving back to the community through charitable efforts. For Khimar, success is not just about building a brand—it’s about feeding souls, spreading joy, and carrying on a legacy of love, one plate at a time.

Latifat Onikyo Deckon

Latifat Onikoyi-Deckon is a dedicated Finance & Accounting Officer with a strong background in accounting and business management. She grew up in Prince Edward Island (PEI), where she completed her high school education at Grace Christian School and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Prince Edward Island as a honor student highschool, undergrad.

Driven by her passion for finance and professional growth, Latifat moved to Ontario to complete her Postgraduate Accounting Certification at the University of Windsor and is currently pursuing her CPA designation.

In addition to her finance career, Latifat is an entrepreneur in the food and rental industry. She has a deep love for cooking and baking, often sharing her creations with family and friends.

As the Service & Operations Coordinator, she oversees workflow, manages logistics, and supports both staff and customers with professionalism and precision. Her strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of JamICan’s continued growth and success.
